Astral Diamond Lost

I was trying to play Neverwinter this evening and checking if my item been sold in auction house, after i collect one of the mail with astral diamond i saw my astral balance is 0+3680, i am shocked, at first i tot is just a lagging problem so i logged into my other character and the astral diamond is there, but when i logged bck to my main character the Astral balance is still at 3680. What happened? it is just me? i lost about 1.5mil Astral diamond not to mention all the time i spent to gather it, other items and equipment are untouched.

    Same here I lost some of my astral diamonds. This is frustrating.

    Play it safe: change your login password immediately. Hopefully it's just a glitch, fixable or not, proactive protection against illegitimate account access should be your top concern.

    As for missing AD issue: I've been playing NW since closed beta/alpha, I've been playing in these forums eight months before that. The only times I've seen this come-up the answer turned out to always be "they were spent" (in one way or another). I'm not saying this is the case. But if it's an illegitimate login, someone could have just swiped your AD and moved on as it takes time and effort to steal gear.

    I lost all mine as well. I do not think I have been hacked, as I just did the daily devotion and it said I received 600 AD but when I checked I am still at 0. I had over 400k. please fix!

    Oddly enough, I lost all of mine as well. Not that I had many to begin with (a few thousand at least), but still.

    Oh well, it's a silly game anyway.

    @Rexwest and @Dunecazn: the short answer is to put in a GM ticket immediately. Log into the character that lost the AD and submit a GM ticket. Then be very, very patient. The GM Support can look into your account with the tools they have and likely see the log files (I don't know, I'm guessing here) - and either way, they can at least tell you where those AD went, or how they were spent.

    You may or may not (I'd prepare myself for the latter) get your Astral Diamonds back, but at least you might learn what happened to them. There is no way anyone, even the Devs, can help you through the forums. #justsaying

    I've had experience with GM tickets with this game. They left me...cold.
