Most effective way to level up artifacts

Which method would you recommend as the most efficient?

    Lesser Marks of Stability/Power/Union: Very tedious, but sometimes offer a better than 1:1 RP/AD ratio.
    Stacks of Rank 5s (99): Best to buy during the week when supply is high.
    Peridots: Not the best RP/AD ratio, but they work.
    Greater Marks of S/P/U: Look for a 1:1 ratio.
    Stability/Power/Union Stones: Look for a 1:1 ratio.
    Excess runestones and enchantments.

    Garbage enchant shards come pretty close to 1AD/RP.

    don`t know what`s best, but used rank 5`s stacks of 99.
    after lvl 60 it isn`t worth though to go on with it, because it takes a few million to get to 100.
    which you may better spend on enchants.
    at least rank 9`s before going beyond 60, that seemed to be best for me, might be different for others.
