My character is not recieving special chest option during Dungeon Delve event.

My character does not recieve the pop-up during Dungeon Delve event that a extra chest is available.
I have tested this now in 2 dungeons and no luck.
Today I ran Throne of Idris Epic and the "Chest Unlocked" popped up but my character cannot see the chest to loot it.
On a side not I am also not recieveing any epic items from Dread Spire solo instances.
Please help !
