Please DEV's look read and understand there is a need for this Idea to be introduces.... the Idea is an account based bank that you can access only with your character on the same account this will allow you to transfer AD and gold maybe even place a mount in and I ask thing in the simple idea that has come across let say you are playing an old character and your tired of running around with that char and deside that you are putting that character into retirement... not deleteing the char just mothballing it for a character you have now....as it stands there is no safe and what I would consider a non exploit way to move your gold and AD from your old character to the New one with an account storage bank that would change and would allow for you as a player to pool your resouces in gold and AD sure this could make all those people useing an exploit mad because that no longer can snag someones AD because they couldn't figure out how to do the trick fast enough to get there AD transfered. and useing the AH to transfer AD you don't get all your ad you always lose a bit due to the auctioneer fee. so there another non safe way and the zen exchange method is too much a pain to do. so Please put in an account shared bank to handle these thing and maybe even make a few slots for non AD and gold that lets you put in say your companions and mounts in off your old retired character. almost anything else can be handled through the mail box.
thank you for your time.

Brilliant, simple idea. So blown away that Guild Bank slots are not accessible to all characters.
Just copy the guild bank system, allow bind-to-account (and while you're at it profession and non-BoP currency) items to be stored and add a gold-like AD Depot.
I'm glad a few people like my idea and added a few extra option to be added to what I had tossed out for the dev even though I was thinking the same things myself but felt if i asked for too much at once the dev's would just ignore it completely TY those who like my little idea to make never winter better.
Currently I don't use the bank because I have to ride 30s to get there, and 20s to get away from it. Not useable.
Now, if they make the bank accessible from everywhere within PE and make all slots accessible to each toon on my account I would have 100+ bank slots within 5 minutes! My ZEN would run amok!
With the current setup, why would I buy bank slots if they are
1) not easily accessible
2) only for the current toon
Why would I buy a bank slot for 600 ZEN (16 items) when I get a Bag of Holding for 1000ZEN (24 items)?
Though the bank is 4 ZEN cheaper per item slot, the BoH is always accessible and transferable and can be sold if needed.
It might be good to
* share bank slots
* put a banker into instances
* create a bank artifact
I don't know why I still bother to sending 5 items forth and from by mail.
Is this also just to "keep me occupied"?
