Question on Bought Item

Hey. So i was playing neverwinter and i got enough astral diamonds to buy a heavy inferno nightmare. After i bought the heavy inferno nightmare for 1,000,000 AD, the item for it didnt show up in my inventory. PLEASE HELP. I need to get my astral diamonds back or get the heavy inferno nightmare i paid for.

    check your mailbox.. items bought from AH doesnt get inside your inventory straight away. u hv to pick it up from mailbox.
