Which artifact to chose?

Hello
Just got quest for artifact on my control wizard and i am wondering which artifact to chose.I am planing to use my cw only for pve.
"24 hours in a day...24 beers in a case...coincidence?"I do not think so :)

    I would choose lantern. I think most would agree.

    Lantern or Waters, Realms is quite cheap on the AH.

    For Solo PvE the Waters help reduce potion usage while Lantern only adds a bit of dps. Group PvE is where the Lantern has an argument going for it since it increases the damage of the entire team against the targets for 6 seconds.

    gonna grind for skull? if yes use that for healing. if not watersFTW
