not able to rearrange the HUD

As you guessed it you can no longer rearrange the HUD, When you click rearrange it doesn't give you a mouse to arrange things in the faction you choose.
Please fix this ASAP i like my HUD the way i choose it but now i cant do that

    Yes plz fix this problem it has been going on for sometime now as i would love to turn off the loot pop up's that block my screen all the time :)

    I can't rearrange hud on 2 computers, ROG lappy and my desktop.Please fix
