Can't select Guardian of Neverwinter title

This account has both the Guardian of Neverwinter and Knight of the Feywild packs.
Guardian of Neverwinter does not show up as an option in my user cp permission groups.
What's up with that?

    You need to contact support for that, only way to get the title on forum
