gauntlegrym calendar?

Could someone please put a chart or calendar up for the Gauntlgrym? I live in EST and have no idea when the events are happening. I go there several times a day and find it closed. Why can't the Gauntlgrym be open every 2 or 3 hours then everyone from all over the world gets to enjoy Level 60 and above.
