Upgrading Artifact

When trying to upgrade artifact from Rare to Epic sometimes I get No Result. There is a sound but I do not get anything other than that. If I continue to do that several times, I get the same sound and again no effect, other times I get the sound and FAILURE meaning I just lost my ward. Please Help!!!

Are any of the components in your overflow bag?

None of the components are in overflow and I've tried it equipped and uneqipped.

hi, is this caused of the components in overflow bag?? i experienced the exact same thing.. 50% chance of success, burned 20+ preservation ward..
