About two weeks ago, I sent a mail in-game to my own handle to transfer my Perfect Vorpal Enchantment and Perfect Soulforged Enchantment from one character to another. The handle was typed correctly and I used the drop-down function to ensure it was. I never received the mail on any character, and my perfects were lost.
I sent a ticket to support, since it was a flaw in the game and not a fault of mine, and I got a response saying that they would love to help me, but they just can't. They compared the mailing system to personal email, and that I should be careful with it, even though the game itself is what caused the loss.
I sent in another ticket in response, saying that it would be really simple to just roll-back the account. I finally got a response which basically told me to stop sending in other tickets because they already told me they won't do anything to fix it, although "they would love to help."
I've spent a pretty substantial amount of money on this game, and I've supported it since beta. I'm not really interested in dropping a few more hundred to buy new perfects that were lost at the game's fault. Surely something could have easily been done to help out a supporting customer that lost some of the hardest items in the game to get.
I'm sorry, but nothing can be done about this at the forum level, and this will only invite naysayers and flamers to come in and attack the company and staff.
