About human extra feat

excuse me can anyone tell me if i choose human as a tr and get 3 more feat point right ! can i spend my 3 feat point on the paragon tree and DONT SPEND the 3 point in heroic feat ? can i do that ?

No. Those are Heroic feats only.

As far as I'm aware, you cannot put any points in paragon tree until you've spent all your heroic feat points.

But no, as they already said, you only have 3 extra heroic feats.
