You need authoring achievements to get those. They don't actually drop in the foundry. (Though a couple items with a really low drop rate coming from foundry end chests would be nice.)
Neverwinter players are stubborn things....until you strip them down to bone. (Cursed players, my flowers, MINE!) Oh how I plotted their demise.

ok, Thanks man, i've been doing a lot of foundry quests and im getting bored.
nearly...
For the Imp you need Rank 6 and for the Stone you need Rank 9 and this mean you need a bunch of author achivements AND foundry community achivements.
Platypus wielding a giant hammer, your argument is invalild!
Yes, it is a 100% "chance" once you unlock the achievements. Not only that, it unlocks the pets for all your characters. In addition, there is also an epic mount too you can unlock - Silver armored bear or something like that.
However, you must both make and play foundries to unlock them - the foundry author requirements are pretty steep! I haven't gotten the imp yet even though I have 3 foundries, 1 of which is very popular and has 1600+ reviews.
