Enchants With New Armor Set

Sorry if I looked over a thread already with the addressed and did not see it for starters :P
So I finally got enough glory to buy the new set of armor on the preview server and after getting all my enchants/wep enhancements/armor enhancements out of my current gear I found the only gear I could put them into concerning the new gear set was the boots. I tried many enchants of all types and for not. The helm/chest/wep/off hand/gauntlets won't let me slot anything at all and gives an error message saying I am trying to slot the wrong type of enchant/enhancement. I should also mention that this is not concerning the accessories and this was the GWF Gear and that I have not tried any other class's gear as of yet. I also have a guild mate that had this same problem with GWF gear again.
