Convert AD to Gold?

I'm tired of trying to be frugal with my gold, silver, copper... I heard the best way to convert some AD to gold is to simply buy something from an AD vendor (@protectors enclave), then turn around and vendor sell it for gold.

This led me to wonder what is the best "bang-for-the-buck" items?

I've been looking around and googling, but I'm not getting anywhere. Does anyone know of a list or item that shows the most efficient way to do this?

    buy a Lockbox key and sell it for gold.

    There are always people in PE looking to trade gold for keys, and keys for gold.

    Fast and easy.

    Frugality with your gold is only required at the lower levels. For most 60th level players the question has become what can we spend our gold horde on. Not that I have done extensive research on this, but your return on selling an AD item to vendor for gold will be minimal. The best vendor purchase price I have seen so far is a T2 purple item for 1gold 32 silver. I would advise you against your proposed course of action. Take items manufactured by your professionals and sell them, pick up as much junk to sell as you can, and kill more monsters - even ones not necessary for your current quest.

    Go to the Miscellaneous tab in the Auction House and browse the Treasure category. You will find items that vendor for 2 or 6 silver being sold for a handful of AD. That's the best way to turn AD to gold.

    Many folks convert Gold to AD by purchasing Gold items and selling them for cheep on the Auction House. So, whatever you need that Gold for, odds are you can find it selling on the AH for a discounted price. Heck, post your wishlist here and I'll drop some of the stuff on the AH right now. I got a 60 with about 200 Gold and no real use for it, but he ALWAYS needs a few hundred to a few thousand (depending on what you may need) more AD. And if I can't supply what you need, I guarantee that one of the other folks who posted in this thread WILL. Making some AD while helping to turn a new player into a returning player: Good sense AND good Karma. And you can't go wrong with that ;)
