Mount Customization

This other game just released their character customization video which introduced mount customization which would include stuff like changing the color and adding various accessories to the mount like a pink bow to it. Is this actually possible with Neverwinter or is it one of those things that is impossible with Neverwinter's engine or extremely difficult to do so not worth the time and cost required?

    It's not that they couldn't do it - it's that they set things up where each mount, companion, or weapon has a specific set of colors that are "hard coded" into it. There was a bug not too long ago, where you could dye weapons, so it's not out of the realm of possibility that we could one day dye our mounts or companions.
