Section within zone: Craftsman's Rest
Quest: Filial Villainy
Location based on using /loc command while standing on bugged object: 631 101 -102
Its one of the books required for the previously mentioned quest, unable to get due to book is below the world and cannot be targeted.
**Update** By standing right up on the book, basically within loot range, typing the following slash command will let you loot the book: /interactIncludeVolume
