i buyed a new Mouse and now i have some additional Butons but they dont work, thats the first issue here, any Tips?
Second is the real Problem which came up when i switched the Key Binds of the 3 Slots for Pots, Mount and Artifact. Default was 7 Artifact, 6 Mount, 3 - 5 Pots, but once i presses the reset button Artifact is now 3, Pots 4 - 6, Mount 7. Problem is now, that the first Pot Slot and Artifact Slot are somehow connected which means if i change the Artifact Bindkey to 4 the first Pot Slot change to 4 aswell. Same goes for reverse.
Same goes for third Potslot and Mount, if i change Mountslot to 6 and then Change third Potslot to 7 Mount goes to 7 aswell, same for reverse again.
As for the 2nd issue, it is because with module 2 the default key bindings were changed, so resetting made you switched from the old default settings to new ones. I guess there's no point trying to set bindings to old settings since the reset to new default may come with any patch and getting used to new keys will be fast enough.
A tip I saw from another thread, is saving the bindings you actually want in the "alternative" binding, i.e. second column of binds, in the Escape->Options->Gameplay->Keybinds section.
An alternative way, if you don't mind working with typed commands and text files, is you can export your existing bindings to a file, change them manually, and then import them back in. This also has the advantage of always being able to reset your bindings, no matter how often or what gets patched.
At the minimum, I recommend saving your bindings to a file with a command once you get them exactly how you like them. Here are the file locations and commands,
0. Navigate to your Neverwinter folder and to "Neverwinter\Live".
1. Export your bindings to a file with /bind_save_file <file>, e.g.
/bind_save_file GWF.binds
2. Open the file with Notepad or any other text editor.
3. Check in-game the mouse tooltips for each keybind (so you can find the corresponding command).
4. Change the keybind in the bind file (the first code) to either another code you have seen or to an actual key, like Q, R, E, 1, 2, 3, etc.
5. Save the file, and import back into the game with /bind_load_file <file>, e.g.
