Gaunltgrym Queuing 2nd PvP Match - Blocked

So as a Luskan, sometimes there is enough time to get in two PvP matches. So when my first one finished, I tried to queue again. But, it gave me an error saying something like "unable to queue because the instance was not finished." This error seems to persist across logouts/restart of the game on the same toon.

anyone else getting this error during the pvp?

    Sounds similar to the error players used to get when they would get stuck in a dungeon instance and couldn't requeue unless they stripped gear off until they were below the instances gear score or waited for the bug to go away , the fact GG PvP doesn't require a gs makes this a strange bug though lol.
