Hello, I am currently playing NW (Neverwinter) on Steam and PWI (Perfect World International) on Arc client, and there is one thing I wonder of.
If I buy Zen via the Steam client (Using the money in my Steam Wallet) in NW will the Zen be usable PWI aswell on the same registered account?
Hope I made myself clear. If I didn't, tell me!

Based on how Zen works, it shouldn't be, but I haven't tested buying Zen through Steam.
I would assume that when you buy it through Steam, the Zen is automatically applied to Neverwinter and once Zen is on a particular game it can't be transferred to another.

Note that it works this way in ARC also (you choose the game you want the Zen applied to before you actually purchase it). I have a feature request into the ARC folks to also add an option to choose the PWE Wallet. I might only want 1200 Zen in neverwinter to buy a companion, but have to purchase in a 2000 Zen chunk, I'd rather have the change put into Wallet incase I want to spend it on another game.
