No 2nd Scroll in GG

Ok. I was with my guild in a party of 5 and we did PvE and got our first scroll. Then we queued for PvP and got in right away. We won and got back to GG with 8 minutes left. We chilled until time ran out. Delzoun (us) won GG and it said that FD and DK would open. None of us 5 got the scroll needed to queue. I asked in the area and in GG lfg chat and no one had this issue. Soon enough we were the only 5 standing in GG since everyone else was in dungeons.

Any reason for this? It has never happened before. I have ALWAYS gotten both scrolls before.

    I had this happen to a guildy last week. It seems to be a glitch that just randomly happens, much like the "return to instance" glitch. If I que for PvP I always make sure to place a steak on the fire for Amusuded immediately after we exit to make sure my name's on the rankings, just in case something like this happens again

    Also, just got done doing the Dwarf King, cuz of Neverember. We completed but no update of quest log. I did come in as a final participant - first party could not finish off king. We did though. Queued immediately after PvP and popped maybe 15 minutes later
