I'm confused

So a couple of weeks ago I post a msg here basically it was comment about those irritating scammers on the the PW D&D server. The forum mod responded that I should use the official channels to report these issue's and then closed the post. Though I already used "Official Channels".

Customer Support replayed lately, telling me that there game is ever evolving and that if I want to discuss new feature's I can do that HERE on the forum. But I already did that to and my msg'es are closed by forum mod, I'm directed to customer support?

So what can I make of this I wonder. Nothing is done about it and we users just have to live with a messed up chat?

I played 4Story/Archlord/And a few more once and I've seen the exact same thing happen. First there was one.. and within half a year the server was invested with scamming gold diggers. Is this the road Neverwinter will pursue?

    the discussion of forum moderation in the open forums is not allowed. if you have a question about something that a mod closed, send them a PM. i suggest familiarizing yourself with the forum rules of conduct.

    as for complaining about gold spammers, PWE is constantly working on this issue and there isn't any in-depth information that anyone can give you about it other than that. gold spammers will always be an issue for MMOs because whenever PWE limits the spammers, the spammers change their tactics. so creating a thread to complain about spammers is considered unproductive. the best you can do is to report the spammers in-game or disable zone chat if it is bothersome for you.
