I came up with another funny quest to make. This one will have some decent lore. Not the simple Frinko type.
What i need help with is making my cast lore based. The quest is a metaphor of a real life situation I experienced. So like instead of the government I will have a dragon. Belches a fog of confusion.
What I need help with is with attaching lore based mobs to 2 more characters. An evil pair of sisters. I was thinking this pair fights once looking human and a second time as a daemon/vampire. Once they in this second form i was looking for a lore based death for them.
Lastly is the real big nasty. Has to be connected to the sisters, yet bigger, badder, and older.
No idea/suggestion is bad. I don't want to give away the plot, but it can probably work with anything. This is all on paper so I am open to anything.

The lore is made by the players but for two sisters, two daughter goddesses: Tymora, Lady Luck; and Beshaba, Lady Doom, the two sisters have existed in total enmity. Although one is very good. Not evil at all. So maybe not for your need.
It's worth noting that Lore in D&D changes and this game is not a very good example of it. I mean it breaks the D&D lore the moment you kill an undead with a normal sword in like the first part of the game. Dragons at level 30? Unicorns are like as common as horses... need I go on.

The dragon will need to be a really small red one as no other dragons are available. Aside from that, I don't really know of many lore specific characters for the rest of it.
Neverwinter players are stubborn things....until you strip them down to bone. (Cursed players, my flowers, MINE!) Oh how I plotted their demise.

The sister you would want to use Green hags, these are nasty swamp witches by DnD lore very powerful enemies often coming in covens of 3. The Big baddy above them could be a Night-Hag. Night hags are more powerful then green hags often controlling many covens of witches beneath them. Typically purple in skin or almost black. All heavy magic use mobs.
Hags often worship[ devils, demons or elder evils all can be looked up on Forgotten Realms Wiki, or typing in some ke phrases on google.
