Arc gets me disconnected from internet.

I remember i had an issue with arc when i started play the game some time ago i was getting internet disconnections when i opened it..So i unistalled it and i was using the launcer.. and now after all this time i installed it to redem the key offer and the same problem still exists..plz someone fix that.. thanx

Just a suggestion to check your Windows firewall. You have to authorize ARC to access the Internet. If you don;t (or accidentally denied it) then what you describe will happen. I don;t know if that's the case, but it may be something to look into.
