Lost an arcane coffer drop...

due to 2 reasons:
- party leaver -> which lead to "leaving instance" pop-up window which CLOSED arcane coffer MENU
- arcane coffer which won't re-opens due to smart in-game rule which requires a new item to re-open an already unlocked coffer.
on yesterday i dropped EYE OF LATHANDER articaft during last DF run.
guess what?
could loot it.
how many chances
1) i will be replied to my ticket
2) i will be trusted....
3) i wont delete the entire game'!?!?!?
