Read some class guide's on the appropriate forum for your character to get an idea what the most efficient group encounters/dailys are for you character, and what stats you need to prioritize.

For most of your equipment slots buy the cheap level 60 Blue items off the AH (there are two tiers with slightly different icons so get the better ones) which should be 100-250 AD each. For shirt and pants try to get the lower level green ones for ~500 AD. Slot these with level 4 enchantments and you should be able to run any of the Tier 1 Dungeons fairly easily. You might well have the Gear Score required to enter the queue for Tier 2s but other than Pirate King these are not really feasible at minimum GS particularly in PUGs - so you might want to try to find a friendly guild.

As for making AD, be sure to get the daily quests from the Lord Protector's as this can be combined with Rhix's so you earn three times as much as normal. If you run the Shandarar (and Dread Ring campaigns which you should) try to get Lesser Fey Blessings as these give a slight additional chance for mobs to drop ranks 4 enchantments.

I just vendor them - its not worth the time to put them up on the AH usually. Although there are a few blues that are worth a lot - these are usually the 'Piercing Berserker' ones that have the maximum possible Armour Penetration stat.

thanks i have some more questions, i am getting a lot of items but only few ID scroll to identify them and my inventory is always full should i just store them in mail or sell them for cheap to vendor?

and i get a lot of enchants, is it better to upgrade them on my own or just buy from AH rank 5+?

I only ID blues that my class can wear just incase the look is different otherwise I just vendor them without IDing as it isnt worth it anymore. Also your companions can wear any class items provided they have the appropriate slot.

Difficult to say as you would have to calculate the costs of upgrading and compare that to the price of AH. More info on the exact mechanics of upgrading is here:

    http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?541751-Guide-Guide-to-the-New-Refinement-System

As a ROUGH estimate to get 1 Refinement point usually cost between 1.5-2 AD if you use the same type of enchantment. But you will need to check the AH prices to be sure what is the best deal.

Rank 5 (and I think someone mentioned rank 6 as well) are however sometimes sold below the cost of making them.

Depends on what your class is and when you start looking for a party. Always look for a party before delves start, at least 10-15 minutes before.
PSA: You don't need to grind Spinward Rise for your Elemental artifact main hand if you have some AD lying around. You can craft it via the Tyranny of Dragon's campaign screen.

I usually have a ton of ID scrolls from mob drops and will ID any blues and usually vendor trash them after IDing. Greens I rarely pick up anymore, because my inventory space is too tight.

After I recently hit 60, I've been working on the two campaigns. There's some good items to be found, and the boons are certainly worth grabbing.

i am in the campaign for 5 days, the progress seems slow
also i did my third dungeon run which is hard to get party and i never get anything good from rolls, and chest at the end has only blue items which are very cheap and useless to me, i dont know what should i do

at lower levels i was selling blues on AH, now i can do only dailes - worth?

The Dread Ring campaign progression does seem to move slower than Sharandar. I've actually not done any of the dungeon delves in either campaign yet, only the quests, lairs, and skirmishes.
