Dread Ring & Sharandar Egar Bonuses

I have been collecting gear from the Dread Ring and Sharandar for some time now, and my bags are getting too full. I am equiped with the gear I want and will never use the campaign gear. What are the bonuses for completed sets (looks like little stars)? Does the gear have to be worn for the bonuses? If the bonuses aren't worth the space in inventory I guess I will sale them.

    Getting items in the collection gives you collection points. You get more points for completing a set. Collection points do nothing, at least currently.

    Once you get awarded stars for collecting gear you can get rid of it, the stars don't go away. As Dardove said there are no bonuses from collecting stars currently, hopefully there will be at some point.
