Briartwine Enchantment Procs

I was curious to know if this enchantment would proc from weapon enchantment effects? Ex: I am fighting a rogue that uses bilethorn. Would all the extra hits from the bilethorn be able to proc this enchant to hit them and remove/reveal them from stealth?
