I sent myself a mail containing a perfect soulforged enchantment and a perfect vorpal enchantment to switch them from one character to another, and I have not gotten the mail. I am positive that I typed the correct handle, I always type it and then click below to confirm.

good luck man i lost a mithral hammer in the mail that i 100% am sure went to the correct address since i used their autofill and looked at the address before sending. That was 50 days ago they closed my ticket once i got them to reopen it and when i try to get a status update they tell me to quit sending in duplicate tickets. it has been nothing but a run around.

My mail is not even working now with attachments properly. I am limited to exactly one mail with attachments.
So, I never risk higher value items any more and I've almost stopped using the mail entirely. I use guild bank or other alternatives.
