Does Recovery have any effect on the CDs of Companion powers?

for instance the new Dread Warrior has a power with a cooldown of 8 sec. is it possible to stack Recovery on him to lower it?

    Recovery *does* have an effect on companion powers, but the amount needed to produce an actual noticeable reduction is quite high. The white-quality cleric, for instance, has a heal with a 30 sec cooldown - that is something where stacking recovery would be more noticeable than an attack with only a 4 or 8 second cooldown...

    thank you for clearing that up for me.

    i was just using the new guy as an example because his announcement page states the exact CD

    i really wanted to know if this would work for my Fawn
