Sometimes Astral Rifts can't be interacted with

Sometimes Astral Rifts can't be interacted with so you can't harvest AD from them. You have to go to other zone and then come back in order to make them interact-able.

    I have run into the same issue or have to wait for rift to go away and new one to pop up.

    Please fix.

    I have an issue with this however it tells me that "due to recent purchase activity on your account" I'm unable to interact with the rift at that time. Going to another zone & coming back doesn't help and letting them disappear and pop up somewhere else doesn't do anything either.

    Any ideas? I have two of these resonators I'd like to use on rifts but can't figure it out :(
