Leadership completion time bug?

I have recently noticed an issue with completion times on leadership profession items. I was wondering if others had noticed this.
In the morning I run through my 5 characters and cycle the leadership profession items. After lunch I cycle them again at work through the gateway. I have noticed my fist character which has all purple dudes is not completing the level 20 destroy enemy camp as fast as the other 3 characters which have a blue or green or level 3 white. It shows at least 30 mins more on the timer. The 5th is not high enough rank in leadership to do a comparison.
