Spell Casting Animation

Does anyone know what the spell casting animation is called? I am pretty sure I have seen it used several places including "Tired Of Being A Hero".

    Summoning Circle?

There's also a new summoning animation that's another one-shot -- kinda purple wispy flames -- I think it's also "summoning" something.

If you mean NPC animations, "Blessing, standing" is the only one that comes to mind.

Yes, NPC animations. Sorry, I should have been more clear. Let me check that one out.

That one is good, but not the one I was thinking of. I reran one of the locations I thought I had seen it in and didn't notice it. Maybe I just wasn't paying much attention.

I thought I saw one where the NPC/player waves their hand around in front of them. I replayed where I thought I saw it and it looks like I just wasn't paying attention the first time.

I know the animation you're talking about. The player turns sideways, reaches their one hand in front of them, and does sort of a 'wax on, wax off" move. It does not exist in the foundry.

I think it's an oversight that it wasn't included. There's even a magic effect in the foundry whose description reads "to be placed at the end of a caster's hand."

I cannot count the number of times that I've needed that specific animation, and had to settle for "Blessing/Stand".

Gah, I just realized this thread was like 2 weeks old.:(

So I wasn't just imagining things then. Yes, that sounds like the one I am thinking of, hopefully they add it to the foundry soon.
