best t1 gear

so i just hit lvl 60 and been reading around forums. seems that they only mention t2 sets. so what is the best t1 set for cw. thanks :)

    Archmage with the cooldown reduction. Or you can obtain a GG (gauntly Grym set) very easily.

    Archmage has the advantage that it has the same stat distribution as HV. So you don't
    have to fiddle with your accessories and enchants when you upgrade to HV. The four
    piece set bonus can be very effective if you use powers affected by it. You should be
    aware though that Archmage might not be the best choice if you run a Thaum setup
    according to the current meta (Tabbed COI, Shard, Steal Time, Sudden Storm), because
    you'd never profit from the set bonus then. You'd be better of with the GG set proposed
    by focusman in that case - which is easier to come by anyway. You can find a list of
