Trample the Fallen not affecting some skills

Not sure if this is intended or oversight. On my GWF, Trample the Fallen (when a foe is affected by a control power, deal X% more damage to it) does not register Not So Fast (slows opponent) as a control power.

    [Combat (Self)] Your Not so Fast deals 1343 (1452) Physical to Knight.
    [Combat (Self)] Your Trample the Fallen deals 196 (212) Physical to Knight.
    [Combat (Self)] Your Sure Strike deals 781 (844) Physical to Knight.
    [Combat (Self)] Your Sure Strike deals 760 (822) Physical to Knight.
    [Combat (Self)] Your Trample the Fallen deals 192 (208) Physical to Knight.

    Works just fine for me (on Preview)
