I hate to say this because it serves a useful purpose, but Cryptic needs to do some serious modification of the Votekick system.
Right now I'm having a problem where I'm playing a GF, and I'm trying to farm seals in Malabog's Castle for my armor. It seems 90% of the time when I join a group I immediately get kicked. It's bad enough that most of the time the queue seems to put me into the dungeon at the end when people are fighting (or bugging) the dragon, but when the same queue keeps putting me in the same group that kicks me for no good reason (I guess because they don't want another member that didn't do the rest of the dungeon) that represents a serious problem. I should not have to spend a bunch of time getting chain kicked by people just to find a group. What's more it seems the people doing this do not grasp that the queue is going to keep giving them GFs if they keep kicking people (and for some dumb reason it keeps sending me to the same people).
Being able to remove problem group members, or more frequently AFKers and the like is an important part of the grouping system, but right now the whole "votekick" thing is being put to other uses and is really getting my goat. The system needs to be changed so groups can only issue so many "votekick" commands within an hour period or whatever, and what's more must give a valid reason other than "sry" or "dfhgfhusad" (head rolling on keyboard) I can only assume GMs are not looking at this kind of thing. Those that make frivolous and frequent use of Votekick should also have the option locked out for them.
At the end of the day the integrity of the queue system needs to be protected, I should not be punished for using it, or have to spend this long looking for a group that isn't going to basically kick me before I can even spawn properly because they don't want to share the loot or whatever (and don't need a tank because they are presumably cheating... albeit it's somewhat justified in Malabog's to cheat given the buggy final fight and how until all classes have an interrupt for Valindra some groups simply cannot do the fight fairly).
I have been constantly confused by dungeons. I'm only recently level 60, but I have yet to do an epic dungeon from the start. As such, I've really never done a dungeon, as everyone always seems to drop. It's like there's this endless loop where everyone is going to one bad dungeon instance and as long as one person is there, the queue system keeps trying to add people to it.
Just got kicked after killing the boss for a party. I did 3x times the next damage dealer and they talked to each other to kick me after we kill the boss. Do I also have to add how painful going through the dungeon was and how long it took? Wiped several times along the way because they were totally incompetent.
I can swear that if I ever see the artifact drop in Valindra the risk of kicking is incredibly high. I only run it with people I've ran before and had no trouble beating the boss, but I have no idea if they're jerks or not. The artifact is about 200$ in real money last time I checked, it wouldn't be a big surprise if someone decides spliting it in 3 is better. I've received PMs before to kick someone if he doesn't press Need in a greed run on a class specific item. Guess what people are capable of doing for 16mil AD....
The idea of voting is better than before where leader had the whole power but you have to figure at some points it can get abusive, like after beating a boss.
Got vote kicked 3 time today: 1 time after die firsttime and 2 times after killing the boss and i ask for the reassion: first was i havn´t dodged...well i have 2 time in a row, but then i was out of stammina; next was: "We dont like TR!" and last (and the best for my opinion) "Oh, just for fun". So it is specaly in DD a Troll-sport to vote kick people from the Party.
I've been insta-kicked from eLoL more times in the past month than in the previous year. The unforgiving nature of the M6 dungeons has led to similarly unforgiving players.

This issue is constant, doesn't matter really what dungeon you are in. If you are not the class the group is looking for or not the GS score for the final boss they want or they just want guild members in there after running the dungeon with non-guild members, or they can't complete the boss fights, they will votekick. The voting needs to be locked while running the dungeon at all. The only time it should be unlocked is at the the start of the dungeon to set your party, after that if the party is set and you pass a certain point, it should lock until the dungeon is over. if someone leaves or times out, or is sitting idle, after a certain time it should auto kick the idle players, and que other players to place into that spot at the current location and keep the votekick locked. If more than 3 people leave it should teleport the party to the start and begin again because obviously the party did not get set at the beginning correctly. Que up 3 more people and keep the votekick locked . This will help prevent player abuse. It won't prevent jerks from getting 3 people to leave at a time, but you can't stop everything and the chances are lower of that happening than 95-100% chance of kicking at the end or along the way. The time wasted sitting around looking for another player or spawning at the last boss, or going through the dungeon and being kicked at the end is immense and not in line with the nature of the the game and D&D in general.
As players, we must recognize that until this is fixed, we will have to be the ones to prevent the abuse the best we can. If I spawn at the last boss I leave, until I can spawn at the start, that would be the right thing to do, though I'm sure nobody here will do it. If a vote kick is started for an idle player I say yes, if it is just because someone doesn't like a class I say no. If it is at the end of the run, I say no. There are many situations, use your best judgement. At the start before the run, let everyone know that to run X dungeon we need X amount of healers and X amount of dps. Let everyone know that we are voting until we get the right mix, some people may leave then and save you the time later. That may mean you wait for a bit until then in the current system, but at least you know why. Also, never kick anyone because they don't meet your personal standards of game style. Not everyone can provide heals on the fly while being pummeled or dodge everything and still have enough stamina to lay down a strike. Don't worry about their proficiency, worry about your own. D&D was set up as a roleplaying game meaning not everyone is going to be at the best armor with the best weapons at the same time. Unless your group is made up of people that ran every quest at the same time you will always have someone that is under powered or over powered. Use your brains and come up with tactics that fit the situation it makes the game more fun. If your goal is just to go from point A to point B to get the best gear, don't run a dungeon, sorry guys the best gear is crafted and not in dungeons. You can craft up to Tier 3, orange. If you don't believe me, open up your professions and look at the high level items that you can craft.
Hopefully this gets fixed soon, until then I don't bother running dungeons anymore.

Very annoying.
