Bound/unbound an item

I have seen on market both pvp t1(that you buy with glory) and t2 ( that you buy with grym coins). My question is: how can people put them on AH since they are bind on pick-up?

    You can get BoE versions of the glory gear as drops from the Gauntelgrym dungeons . Plus a long time back the Glory gear and GG gear was BoE when purchased so people could have hoarded lots of that and still be selling it ( although doubtful since it's been so long ).
