Where in Dread Ring do I hand in Vanguard Scripts?

I've been collecting some Vanguard Scripts in the Dread Ring campaign, but I can't seem to figure out where to hand them in? I've only been to the first camp, though. Is it further in? And if so, where?

    Dell Mc Court the Dwarf is the only trader in the Dread ring who takes the Scripts , they seem to have forgotten to make the potions he has tradeable with scripts and kept them as crescents instead.

    They are also used for campaign tasks.
