How do we get GG gear to test on PTR?

My DC doesn't use GG gear, but I want to test on the PTR. How do I get GG gear to do the testing of tenacity?
I don't have enough tokens to get GG gear, and anyway I am locked out of GG since my transfered toon was unguilded and nobody is around to invite for a guild?
