Dungeon Delves Event Issue

Hey guys sorry to trouble but this is realy terrible.. its about Dungeon Delves event for me its bugged since yesterday I think It says Dungeon delves chest unlocked 24/7 no matter what I do, and the biggest problem is that because of that I cant open DD chests :(. Please help with that.

    If you have unfinished Never Castle or Malabog Castle quest, delete them (you will get them back when you enter again those instances) - they make the dungeon delve message stuck on the screen and bug the dd chests. It's possible the same happens with Valindra's Tower quest as well, though I could never check it myself.
