One of my pet peeves in this game has always been moves that are so weak compared to other moves that they never get used. And what urks me the most is the discrepancy I see in fighters offensive buff powers. My opinion all these second hand moves need to be buffed to be on par with the more commonly used moves, for more versatility in game and for players to play mor ethan just cookie cutter characters that use one or two different builds per class.
GF have Villian's Menace and Knights Challenge power powerful moves that are used often. Granted Knights challenge is situational as a single target DPS move or for use in PvP it is still used alot more than any of the GWF offensive buffs.
Villian's Menace is the GF's unstoppable. a buff that gives a flat % damage boost on all of there attacks and CC immunity. Popular for both its offensive and defensive powers, favored by any GF that likes to do damage. When GF's got the AP nerf from Frontline surge they complained about not being able to use Villains Menace as much, over any other daily.
Knights challenge basically turns a GF into a rogue vs one target. it doubles there damage dealt and taken vs a single foe. Allowing the GF to double the damage of a Daily 2 encounter and a couple at-wills before the duration expires. With a GF's block they can ensure they dont take too much damage from the target of there challenge. This is the only encounter I know of in the game that can deals as much damage as two encounters and a daily if used properly.
GWF have two offensive buff powers. Come and Get it and Battle Furor. Both of witch rarely see any play time in either PvE or PvP. Battle furor was recently buffed as well and still I dont see any GWF employ this move. If this buff has really helped you please post about it. But as I see it when players original discussed this move on the forums the main complaints where the buff itself was too weak for any GWF to use instead of another damage encounter, animation too long, and players asked for it to either greatly improve for the GWF that uses it or for the weak buff to affect everyone in the party. What we got was that the weak buff affected everyone else in the party at a fraction of it's power. Not impressed with the buff and I hope it will get revisited.
Come and Get it has always been a poor move. First complaint I have is the move itself does not list exactly what kind of damage buff it grants. I know from testing the damage buff is based on weapon damage and how many targets the buffed attack hits. However it is not effected by crits. So if your respective Come and get it buffs your damage by 1k to all targets as it seems to do with moves like Not so Fast or Wicked strike then when you crit it is still only +1k damage. Not to mention for an encounter damage power that is really really low even for its base damage maybe even less than Not so Fast, another move that seems far to weak to be considered part of the GWF encounter lineup. The affect of Come and get it is also less than impressive the pull power is far weaker than all push powers in the game, it does not even help the GWF to much to regroup a crowd after a cw blasts then apart with avalanche, because it only has a 5 target hit cap. Odd for an aspect of the attack that deals no damage.
What I would like to see happen to the attack is simply make the next attack deal double damage like a single use Knights Challenge. This makes Come and get it as damaging as your best Encounter power/ Daily. Because of the 3 seconds buff this attack, it is too short to be used on Avalanche of steel the GWF very slow and powerful attack. And probably best use of a double damage buff instead. If this change is made you will most often see it used to buff IBS or Crescendo/Indomitable Strength. And you will see it used alot in PvE simply because players lkke big numbers we like posting our top damage even if the top damage comes at the cost of two moves stacked together instead of one. You will not see much use for this in PvP, the animation is a dead give away for players to dodge the GWF's next attack, something that is very easy to do against most GWF attacks. If you would rather see this move be used more as a contorl power than a damage power how would you change it?
Well , I saw a gwf using the battle fury in karrudax and was amazed how someone could use a so bad encounter . but the point is that the performance of the party ( we were 3 ; him, a ranger and I dc ) was very high given the overall low gs . I then decided to start using the buff and had a good surprise . I have the impression , remote , that the survival of the party also increased . MUCH less than I wanted , but whatever. outside my own absurd production of ap ( is not uncommon exit a slam to the other , although the daily itself is only " utility " ) .

ibs + bf ( 27k is not my best ibs, but ok, vs 3 oponents)
complaints I have:
1 - no buff to daily.
2 - The destroyer feat which should decrease by 25 % the time of this encounter, only 2.7 sec , which is not even 1 /4 of my coundown already mitigated by recovery .
3 - stamina is not shared also ( want would be the most important for rogues / gf ) .
ps1 : a ' utility gwf " is not better than a " gwf nuke " , my choice is aesthetics.
ps2 : the simple fact of the encounter look like this already makes it indispensable :
cast time of battle fury should be instant and should last at least 7-8secs to be of any use and buff to team should be at least 10% not 5% like it is atm
