Help; Missing ADs; Direct link needed

I just lost 27k AD before my eyes navigating the Neverwinter Gateway/ Sword Coast. I am sure a moderator will step in and close this thread. I hope so, but please leave me a direct link to the appropriate customer service link. I have been going in cirlces trying to find the appropriate portal to file this ticket. Thanks.
