Auction hose items and AD disapear

I bid for an Grand Master Artificer at the last minute before time expired in the gateway AH and didnt get back niether the AH (if i lost the bid) or the item (if won). This s not the first time this happens to me, i been loosing money this way for some time now....

    for an issue like this, you need to submit an in-game ticket or you can also submit a ticket using the support ticketing system. there isn't anything that we can do for you about this issue at the forum level.
