I don't post guides publicly because I work hard on them for my community/guild.
As other have said, if you are willing to let people know simply by asking in PM you could just as well post it here. You work hard on them? How does one work hard to figure out how to beat ToS?! Only spot where any tactic is needed is the last boss and that is so straight forward it's silly.
Gang up on her and maul her to pieces while staying alive by AoE dmg/CC. This strat is free of charge for everyone to use, np.
If that isn't enough I can tell you what powers to use and how to use them for Great Success.
1 good CW is enough but most will want to have 2.
Powers: CoI (TAB), SoEA, ST, IT and OF as your daily. For maximum effect you want to use EoTS as class feature.
CoI + IT on the queen and ST for when adds rush in. Time your SoEA for when EoTS procs, as in just put it down and wait for a good time to use it since the critical will still be in effect when you do.
OF when she heals if there is adds present, hard to time it to perfection with EoTS but a good idea to try.
Always hunt for CA, always.
When she has turned to a spider you can use teleport to avoid red without leaving the fight by teleporting into her body.
I do not recommend any daily other than OF if you are a lone CW in party, if 2 or more I can see AS being used on top of boss as a viable option with good communication since OF does not work while AS is active.
Remember to not focus on adds, that goes for everyone in party. Only damage dealt to adds should come from AoE damage as a result of attacking the boss. CoI + IT will freeze most adds quite frequently. Even better if you are a thaumaturge build of course.
Don't have more time atm but feel free to ask anything strategy wise regarding CW combat!
CoI = Conduit of Ice. ST = Steal Time. IT = Icy Terrain. SoEA = Shard of (The) Endless Avalanche. AS = Arcane Singularity. OF = Oppressive Force. CA = Combat Advantage. CW = Control Wizard (lul)
