New player looking for PvE guild

New, fairly young player (18 years old) from Europe looking for a friendly and active PvE guild. The reason I am looking for a mainly PvE guild is, beacuse I don't like PvP. Shocking! Though I am new to Neverwinter I have experience from other MMO's which I've played, for example WoW. I also play a lot of RPG and ARPG games if that means anything to you. I'd want a guild that will help me in learning stuff about endgame and to play with through content, I wouldn't like to rush through content by doing Gauntlygrm ( for what I've heard is mainly a PvP thing, correct me if I'm wrong), I'd like to do all dungeons and slowly progress to the hardest ones. I also really enjoy doing dailies in Dread Ring and Sharandar campaign so it would be nice if I could find some partners to do it with.
My playtime :
I play around +20 hours a week, though mostly on weekend and on work days I do 2-3 hours after 9PM GMT+1.

We have a Dungeons division that owns the party quests with DC Cas at the helm;
We have a PVE division that is holding a meeting this weekend, choosing a name for themselves and DC Josiah is considering who will be Company Commanders;
The RP and PVP divisions are just waiting to gain traction but are accumulating more and more Corpsmen. They're merely not growing as fast as the other two.
But what we pride ourselves on is the quality of the people we have. We don't blast zone chat asking if people want to join. We queue up and then ask people who aren't already associated in a guild if they'd like to try us out. We see someone struggling or just having to take a long time on enemies because they're not set up for DPS and help them out.
We're good people. We like to have fun. And we like each other.
