So i bought the Guardian of Neverwinter pack awhile back with the game first went into open beta. I just started playing again today and when i made a character i didnt get the starting items or the mount. Anyone know why?

    I think you need to visit the rewards agent in Protectors Enclave , when you get to town press M and look for him , he's up at the top opposite Knox.
