This might be nitpicking, but is anyone else annoyed by campfires?
All of them have this blue glowy ring around them, the same one that goes around altars indicating that you can heal and pray at them.
Why?! Why is my campfire a holy site? Why can I pray at the campfire? Why would I ever use one of the bajillion portable altars I have in my inventory at this point if I can just walk up to a campfire and pray there? Why can my roleplaying friends and I not gather around the fire in the Moonstone Mask without the stupid blue ring cluttering up the scene and random people running in to pray?
As far as praying goes, why do I have to be anywhere special to do that? I'm pretty sure Kelemvor can hear me call upon him whether I'm kneeling at an altar or not. Seems to me I should be able to pray wherever, especially if you're going to toss out portable altars like candy. Quit mucking up my relationship with my god.
