Server not responding - minutes at a time now

What is going on? Can we get an ETA?

This has been getting steadily worse for the past month but now the lag and "Server Not Responding" issues have made game play almost unbearable.

    Have you disabled on-demand patching in the launcher yet? I got these errors constantly in beta till I did and haven't had one since except for when the problem was on my end and an outside connection was getting water into it from a bad seal on the junction box.

    I have on-demand turned off a long time ago. This issue is recent. Started in December for me.

    Sadly I appear to have solved my problem too. Not sure if traffic shaping because traffic resembles VoiP or what but using a VPN (that I am paying for) fixed all my lag. Please investigate this issue and solve it without us having to resort to VPNs to play a f2p game.

    Problem is making game unplayable for me,have turned off on demand patching and turned on force verify,turned off on demand patching and force verify,constantly resetting modem,turned off firewall,turned off anti-virus/malware protection,updated drivers,restarting pc,make sure no other programs run in back ground,been playing since beta without any problem like this,now started after the patch in Dec.,lost a bunch of AD during transaction because of server not responding/disconnection and get told they are not responsible for items lost no disconnection. have spent lots of money on this game because I love playing it but no more till something is fixed.

    It seems to be worse for me late at night. But its to the point where playing is so pointless because every time I finally log in the server is disconnected yet again. I've gotta say I am not pleased and would gladly take my money some place else!

    Hey guys!

    Please follow the directions and discuss the issue in this thread! :)

    I have been having the same/similar issue so I feel your pain. Simply saying there is a problem without some details about your specific computer and network isn't very helpful for the developers to troubleshoot, though.
