Hardcore player with six level 60 chars for a PvE guild

I'm a hardcore player (I play like 4 hours every day) and I have six level 60 characters (all classes, except HR) with high GS (14K+) and I'm very experienced in all T2/DK/CN/MC/VT and PvP.

I'm currently in a nice guild, but most people are from west coast and I'm at GMT-2 now, so 6 hours ahead, and thus I can't find many people online.

I'd like to join a guild that runs GG (allied with Delzoun) and dungeons regularly and have a good number of people online at evenings/nights on east US or west Europe.

Please let me know if your guild meets my demands and how I join if it is the case.
