Mimic companion

I submitted a ticket but never got a response. Yesterday I finally had enough stars to unlock the mimic companion. However it is no longer in my inventory. I haven't double clicked on it yet, but it is neither in my active nor idle companion slots. It's just gone. Here is to hoping it can be resolved. Hopefully this gets a response here as the ticket has gone unanswered.

    unfortunately there isn't anything that can be done at the forum level. since this is the first full week since the holiday season, i would imagine that support may be backlogged. as long as you have an open ticket, you will get a response. you'll just need to be patient with it.
